We have a wide range of medium wheel-base vans, these have a load length of 10ft (3m) in the back, a width of 4ft (1.25m) and a load height of 1.3m. Unlike the SWB, the Medium Wheel-base can legally carry 1600kg (1.6T) , making them ideal for any heavy items that you need to transport!
This is an ideal size van for small house moves, palleted items, building supplies, tip runs, collecting eBay purchases, sofas, suites, furniture, etc. The MWB van is a very easy van to drive and manoeuvre, this is an ideal van for everyone.
Available to hire to the general public or trade customers, whether you are moving home or a trades person who needs transport, we have you covered for all your moving needs! Our fleet of MWB vans consists of Citroen Relay, Peugeot Boxer, Ford Transit, we have both Euro 5 & Euro 6 vans that comply with the latest city emission zones. All vans are diesel.
If you are entering a low emission zone, please let us know and we will do our best to put you in a van that will be the lowest cost emission charges. All of our vehicles can be driven in the ULEZ zones, however some of them may be chargeable, we can provide number plates on booking for you to pre-plan your journey.
Minimum hire is 1 day starting at £80, then the longer you hire the van, the cheaper the daily rate becomes. Deals to be had on long term hire, please get in touch to discuss!
For every 24 hour hire, you get 150 mile allowance, after that it is 12p per mile (100mi = £12). If you hire the van for multiple days your mileage increases 150mi per day (5 day hire = 750mi allowance). Our MWB vans are a very common size, same as a Renault Traffic, Vauxhall Vivaro, VW T5 Transporter, Mercedes Vito, Ford Transit, Citroen Relay, Peugeot Boxer, etc.
